It appears in any of the blazeflash office - (1) there is no control/tracking at any stage, (2) there is no information about whereabouts of courier and (3)there will no reply/feedback irrespective of how many times you make a complaint. It is nothing but WORST kind of courier service ever experienced by us.
I have couriered some urgent documents on 06.09.2013 docket No. 218695138 from Delhi to Mumbai but the courier is not delivered till date i.e. 12.09.2013. This is height of unprofessional ism. When I called them, they told me madam deliver ho jayega, no response from their side.
Mumbai office saying they have not received the courier, and delhi office saying they have send it, now where is the document they don’t know.
i have sent mail/called with no reply.
Now I m waiting when that courier will be delivered. Pankaj Kanungo
