One of the worst couriers service I have ever seen.I booked my shipment once, it took 20 days and I didn’t receive my shipment.finally I had to call regional office.Hardly any number provided on site is correct.My shipment went through munger-patna->kolkata->guwahati.
I tried to search phn numbers on internet.Tried for 4 hours continuously and tried all the centers. Somehow I arranged to have guwahati regional office number, which was not provided on internet.I had to go to office to receive my shipment.I won’t ever use the service in future.
