Try and trust any local courier/travel yourself to deliver your documents but NEVER use Blazeflash courier. it doesn’t deliver, expertise in recruiting "incompetent" staff who doesn’t know anything about courier services and keep telling lie/ pass on buck to each other (within same organization).
