One of the most pathetic and irresponsible courier services. I was delivered the courier with tape patching on the envelope, based on suspicion I opened the package and to my surprise it was stuffed with the paper pieces.
I immediately contacted the Bangalore local branch and those guys were so horrible and stated that "You can do whatever you want but you aren’t getting anything back." This seems like we they are directly telling "We have robbed you."
I tried calling the Delhi HQ to complaint about the same and they just kept on disconnecting the calls after asking the consignment number, nobody is even available to check on the issue. As for me I’m lodging FIR against the company and the Bangalore representative, along with filing a petition at the consumer court as this is not a matter of "Loss of Item" but its "Theft and Robbery."
This courier service should be shut down immediately.
