Today I placed an order atleast 15 items in South Delhi, 3 items whole farm masoor dal said premium but turn out to be bad slit masoor dal with dusty particles in the packets 500gms each. Whilst placing my order, instead of while chole I clicked on dried mattar. I chatted with customer care telling them that I want a replacement, but they refused.
Recently I fell short of curd, opened up the Blinkit app. Placed an order for 2 400gms curd each-costing Rs.50 but I received the 200 gms dubba, for value of Rs 50, whereas I ended up paying 170 for 2 200gms of curd, again customer care could not do much. Only refunded me back Rs 25
