The idea is undoubtably great but it needs to improve its service to serve customer faster and better. It should introduce refer and earn programme as is introduced by its competitors such as peppertap.
It should also update the availability and unavailability of its products. I have ordered many times from grofers and every time if I order for. 3-4 products then from them 2-3 will be unavailable to them.
