Worst experience by grofer and his service...there is no call and follow-up if you raise any concern. Delivery is automatically changed by without notifying to Customer. There is no resolution from chaat service. For prepaid orders they will keep your money but won’t delivers unless you won’t follow-up. One need to follow up at least 10-12 times and post that they will deliver after 3-4 attempt by that it will be third or fourth week from the day you order. They earn interest on your money
