To make matters worse, the delivery rider appeared totally bewildered. I received many app updates showing them circling my neighborhood, evidently trying to identify my whereabouts. The rain became more intense with each passing minute, increasing my concern.

After what seemed like an age, the rider called me. They were absolutely lost and required additional guidance. Thankfully, I was able to explain the address over the phone, but the entire ordeal caused a major delay in the delivery.
My groceries arrived late and little soggy from the rain. The entire encounter left me annoyed and unsatisfied. The convenience of a rapid delivery was eclipsed by the stress of a misplaced rider and the late arrival during a strong rainstorm.
Blinkit, you urgently need to improve your delivery tracking system and contact with riders. A delay like that might be quite inconvenient, especially on a rainy day. I hope you are able to work
