Grofers not good, real time.
So I started using them couple of months back but right from the start the were some or the other issue. Initially I also thought its just one time but even after raising it multiple times to them their useless customer service guys like Rohan, Divya, Sumit Gilhotra(biggest fraud), Akshat Johari, Sunil Thakur to name a few make only false promises.Absolutely disgusting, they keep customers hanging till last minute and then back out stating unable to procure items. In fact I have emails to prove in which they have stated that they will deliver goods at a certain time which wasn’t ever done. Best part they have pre approved responses and for any query you ask them they will respond with similar answers. Don’t ever go for it.Use other online platforms, at least they are better in customer satisfaction.
They don’t deserve any star rating and guys trust me on what I have written.Only way to teach them is make them go out of business.
