Hello friends today I would like to tell all of about my experience with grofers online website to order groceries and daily need product I am using this website from past 4 months and found it good initaially but after passage of time it had degraded its quality and customer service a few week ago I have ordered monthly household need products along with some dairy products after I got delivery I found some dairy items were spoiled like eggs were broken down, smell in panner and the household products too were not as per expectations like dals etc were of inferior quality, coffee jar was opened and cofee had lumps.
Customer service when I raised my issue to them first of all they noted down my complaint and I got reply after 2 days and one of the employee visited my home and after inspection of the items he blamed me that they have delivered the right products it is my fault that I did not keep dairy products in fridge and eggs got break by me also so customer service is worst
Product quality is not upto the mark and quality is cheap we can find superior products in market.
Delivery time is average and product got delivered in time but I think they are not handling products in a right way during delivery thats why eggs got broke.
This website is not reliable at all and with such a horriable experience I would never suggest anyone to buy from this site
