We have shopped with Grofers for one and a half years, once a week on average. Although I feel the product choice is a bit limited all in all we only had minor problems.
Only once or twice the delivery was late.
Sometimes items were old or damaged but after raising a complaint we got the money back within two days.
Only once it happened that an item for which we had already paid was missing but they claimed it was delivered and did not give the money back.
The most positive thing about Grofers are the discounts. We save on average 25%!
And it’s very helpful to have groceries delivered, it saves a lot of time and we don’t have to carry heavy shopping bags home anymore.
So I can recommend them. Just choose the’Pay Cash on Delivery’ option and there’s no problem if an item is missing or damaged - you simply don’t pay for that item.
