I want to alert everyone about my terrible experience with Blinkit, which clearly takes advantage of customers’ trust. Here are two instances where they failed miserably:

Instance 1: Missing Printouts – No Refund Given

My daughter urgently needed printouts for her college admission. We ordered multiple pages from Blinkit, but when the order arrived, several pages were missing. Since it was an urgent requirement, we had to rush to a local shop, causing unnecessary stress and mental harassment. When we requested a refund, they demanded proof—how can I prove that pages were missing after the order was delivered? Blinkit cleverly shifts the blame onto customers, knowing we don’t have time to fight over such issues.

?? Instance 2: Hidden Surcharge Added Without Notice

Today, I ordered some items and checked the bill before paying. There were expected delivery and packing charges, which I was fine with. However, Blinkit sneakily added a ₹30 "surcharge" at checkout, which I didn’t notice. Only after delivery, when I checked the final bill, did I realize this. When I called customer support, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and declined a refund.

This clearly shows Blinkit’s unethical tactics—hiding extra charges and making it impossible for customers to prove missing items. They rely on the fact that customers don’t have time to track every small transaction or dispute minor amounts. But this isn’t about the money—it’s about trust and fairness.

Advice to everyone:

- Always take screenshots before placing an order.

- Check final charges before making payments.

- Record a video while unboxing or verifying orders.
