Ive ordered an item from grofers. The product was damaged. I told the delivery boy take this back but he refused to take the product and tole me it can be replaced or returned via grofers app or customer support. Hoeever, Ive raised the concern over the chat and customer care support but they told me that it cannot be replaced or return and told me that in future you should avoid taking these times at the door step. This is one of the bad experience I had with grofers. It not only wasted my money but time as well.
