GROFFERS is online grocery store.I recently got to know about this when I saw advertisedment about it
But I was totally dissapointed with its service
Customer service - the customer services were pathetic.We were not able to contact the executives after ordering grocery items
Product quality - the fruits were rotten, and they took the full amount.Apple costed me 180 rs per kg, I agreed thinking they would provide good quality that same apple could be bought from daily market at 160 rs .
Delivery timelines.- The promised of delivering grocery items within 4 hours .But it took around 7 hours to reach ! Executives didnt co-operated with us.I wasted my whole day looking for the delivery man.
App and websites- Takes too much time to load and display products.Reliability - guys dont trust online markets for your grocery or daily needs.You should go of you own and buy
