I want to share my experience on Grofers shopping at Jhotwara, Jaipur .On 31 January I came to know about a offer on Grofers in which on applying the promo code GROFERS10, one will get 10% discount and 20% cashback in Mobikwik wallet.I ordered Venkys show cat( cat food) having price Rs 960 at around 7 PM .My order was confirmed with order id GR2099164 and Rs 864 was debited from my mobikwik wallet( 10% discount) and Rs 100 was given as cashback in mobikwik wallet.
I was given the delivery time at 9: 11 PM on the same day.I waited for the product but the product was not delivered .I called them, emailed them, tweeted them and also messaged them on Facebook & they said the product will be delivered the next day( 1 FEB) before 12: 30 PM.I waited for the product but still my product was not delivered.Then I got a call from customer care that the product is out of stock. So I searched there app but the product was in stock.I again messaged them on facebook and after sometime I got a call from customer care that due to unforseen circumstances they can’t deliver the product and opt me for another product which I refused .So they ask me cancel the order( although I live in heart of Jaipur city, which is accessible from all places) .Therefore, I canceled the order and after much waste of time I got nothing .
However my money was refunded to mobikik wallet within hours in the form of promo balance( which I can’t transfer to other bank or other account although originally my money was transferrable to other accounts) .Therefore, friends if you want to ruin your whole day and want a free headache, go ahead and shop on Grofers & for thanks for reading my review
