I had ordered Oleev Oil from Grofers which had a deal going on i.e 5 Lt jar along with 1 Lt packet free at Rs. 947 . However the delivery boy gave us only 5 Lt jar. Surprisingly the delivery boy also rushed out of the house without even checking if all the items had been delivered as ordered which was rather unusual. Later I noticed that they had not delivered the free packet. On complaining to the call centre , they immediately initiated refund of Rs. 158 instead of suggesting an alternate solution of delivering the product later.On checking their online catalog , noticed that they are selling the 1 Lt packet of Oleev for Rs. 178. Basically they are robbing the free deal provided by the product vendor to the customers and making some additional bucks on these items. Really CHEAP.
