I have ordered a flower delivery from bloomsvilla for my brother’s girlfriend on the 14th of February and delivery was supposed to happen the same day and payment was made online.Delivery was supposed to be done between 6 pm to 8pm
The bouquet never arrived! Contacted the customer service but no response, tried calling the number provided on the website but still no response!
After writing a complaint.. I have received a notification stating that the flower was delivered wherein my brother’s gf never received the bouquet..
I have raised many complaints but none of them was ever bothered to receive a response!
I spend 1k for this special delivery and I know 1k might not be big amount for your scam but it is bought from hard earned money that my brother saved! And this is really heartbreaking and frustrating for my brother to spent money on something that was never delivered!
I would do anything to bring this website and the page Bloomsvilla down!
