Hello friends today I want to share my personal experience about resort.
We have faced very unprofessional behavior from whole staff , we found glasses in the room were not clean and they were smiling like were not washed after using, we asked room service boy to get them washed but he said bhi side m bath jao, Hot water available is only 6 to 9 pm and 6 : 30 to 9: 30 am, water in all rooms were yellow in colours, I asked them why the colour is different, they said there filter sometimes doesn’t work so let tep open for few minutes and it should be fine but no different, Towels they provide were not good at all , I bet we can’t use them, sounds like they have not changed them since many years, sofa and chair of the room were broken , pillow covers badsit blanket all were very dirty,
Since it 23th Dec they had compulsory gala dinner changing 1000 rs every person , they said usually dinner close 9 pm but since it’s gala dinner including DJ and bonfires so there would not be any time boundary but later they forced us to come by 10 pm last,
We reached the Christmas party celebrate venue which was not the food, but they was nothing like DJ , they just had a music system there and very less decorate, they didn’t even put mat on the floor , they were just 3-4 family and they all were disappointed,
We moved from dinner 10 pm expecting good quality dinner as we paid 1k each but there too they had very limited options and quality was very bad, they were just 2 piece of paneer floating on a beg container, when I picked up roti , I found colors like ice-cream , I asked to the manager , why they do not fresh items , he said we will make right away, I agree and asked to serve to table as he said it may take 15 to 20 minutes but he denied saying we do not serve on table,
I asked him if he wants me to stand there and wait for rotis from 20 minutes or come to the counter every now and then to see if fresh items arrived or not after 10 minutes roties come and waiter tried to serve to put table, but manager comes in between and asked waiters to put it back to counter ,
