There are so many couriers but few companies send documents by blue dart. to me this courier company is giving very bad service in remote areas.
I remember about 3 years back when my documents came from sharekhan through blue dart I had to go searching their office for taking the documents as it has been 1 months my document came to them but they don’t send it to my locality. I live in rural area in singur, wb when my documents received by them in hindmotor, wb but they ringed me after one month to receive it from their office in hindmotor as they dont have service boy in my locality.
the main problem with this company is they dont have sufficient branch and service persons to deliver products or documents in home. so sending things by blue dart is not sure to be dispatched at destination.
