I’ve received most my parcels in previous years almost every time by Blue Dart only and I really appreciated their fast line of delivery and prompt response. But then, nothing lasts forever. Gone are these good old days and blue dart has taken a change, not for good.
In the past few months i’ve had pretty bad experiences from blue dart, some being my product being misplaced, item getting tampered and extremities of delivering late to me.
They once even failed to come to my college to deliver my package and asked me to come to the main delhi department and pick it myself.
Would suggest buyers go for blue dart if no better courier facility is available and make sure to tell about your requirements from them.
