Blue Dart is the number 1 Worst Courier service. I have bought several products from ebay, maxbhi, amazon & snapdeal and most of the packages are shipped via this Blue Dart.
There is a real time tracking system available now for all customers to check their shipment. But unfortunately this facility of tracking your package hardly helps.
I have several times got my shipment stuck at their office and sometimes returned undelivered. I have to keep calling their phone numbers at local office.
But these guys don’t pick up the phone or just hang up often. I receive message that delivery was attempted but premises closed. Or they were unable to track my address. They should at least provide the mobile no. of delivery man so that we could contact them.
If you are getting your consignment shipped via this courier then be ready for getting unnecessary headaches of contacting emailing their customer service which mostly don’t help.
