We ordered two items. One from Amazon and one from reliance trends. The courier partner of both of these websites was blue dart. The delivery boy from Blue dart delivered the wrong parcel. He said it is from Amazon but we received the mail from reliance trends that your order has been delivered. We called many times in blue dart that we have received the parcel only from Reliance trends and ask them to deliver the other parcel but they couldn’t do this.
After couple of days blue dart called us to inform that they have lost our parcel. We ask them to refund our money as they lost our product but they didn’t even responded to our request further.
Overall it was a bad experience with a brand like blue dart. We suggest to online shopping websites to choose you courier partner carefully and also check weather customers are receiving orders or not. Please avoid Blue Dart they are not professional enough.
