They are so clumsy that they dont even try to call you if they are unable to find the required address. it has been happened several times with me that they have returned my consignments without even asking me about my address even of the fact that my cell no.
Is given on the top of the consignment. once it happened with me that they called me and asked my address and I explained them the exact way to reach me but still they returned the consignment saying as remark that the address not found. if you want to get hanged in between dont use their services.
