Blue Dart - claims to be India’s leading courier service. If it is the leading courier service in India then what is the state of other courier services.
I was supposed to get a courier on Oct 19th. It is Oct 25th today and till now I have not received my package. I have followed-up with customer care everyday. Their excuse was that they don’t have the phone number for the ware house.
They don’t know what has happened to my package. The customer service team cannot even call its branch office in Bangalore for any kind of communication, they gave me the number and asked me to find out about my package. If I only have to do everything then why are the customer care ppl getting paid. I should get their salary. Forgiving their arrogant attitude I called the bangalore number to find out if my package has reached the city. Phone not reachable. Phone ringing bt I guess everybody is so busy that they don’t have time to pick up OR maybe the Mumbai office guy gave me the wrong number.
No matter what it was, I am frustrated, disappointed and really want to know why in a country like India which has so many talented people, a pathetic courier service like Blue Dart is allowed to run its services. Never ever expect that it will provide on-time delivery.
