I live in chandigarh and this blue dart is repeatedly doing the same thing. they falsely update that "Premises Closed".
Also they don’t care to call the customer.All ecommerce companies should blacklist them immediately. All ecommerce companies should stop sending packets using this, and thereby getting bad name for themselves.
I have always pathetic experience with blue dart. Very poor customer care
