Blue-dart is the worst courier service company I have ever come across.I had the worst experience with blue dart courier service.I paid the double cost and it took more than 3 days of delay in delivering the document from the expected date of delivery.None of their customer care number works.They never attempt the delivery and just update the status.They are very Unprofessional.They are very irresponsible and they do not care what problems you may face.Some of the disadvantages of preferring blue dart courier service are as follows.
1) .Customer Service: Their customer care number is always busy, If you luckily connect to the line, the call goes in complete silence mode after you enter your AWB number.Their website gets dead very frequently.They never respond to your queries.
2) .Poor service: Their service is very poor, I had one of the worst experiences while ordering gifts for my brother, which he didn’t receive ever, their delivery partner bluedart lost it somewhere and they marked it as delivered.
3) .Pathetic customer care: Highly Unprofessional customer service.Their helpline number never works, Sometimes they they do not deliver your order and then they calls you, saying "sorry your product could not be delivered because your contacts were unreachable" which frustrates you.
4) .Staff courtesy: Their staffs are very Unprofessional and irresponsible.They don’t have any ethic or commonsense to guide their delivery people or service.
From my personal experience I won’t prefer anyone to contact this company for their transportation.
