I started With blue Dart for some courier I was supposed to get at home address. Those guys don’t call on mobile and we have to track the courier where it is every single day. I Felt like I was tracking a paper being moved from one desk to another desk in a Govt Office. So when I tracked it I got the status online person not at home. So call those guys and had to go to their office to collect it. Okay it was a bit of trouble but can be forgiven thinking it might be one in million incident.
Now I apply for BANK Account and they send the ATM PIN and TPIN IN bluedart. 1st salary got credit to account. still I had no pin to access the money. So, I call bank and bash them, they send again and they say they will make sure it will be dispatched this time for sure. 2 weeks gone and still no call. Then I escalate at higher level to bank and now things started to move. I get calls from bank that the pin is dispatched. Now after 3 days Bluedart guy comes and hand over the ATM pin. the funny part is I get my 1st courier they dispatched after a week with the same ATM pin.
They surely looks like to have a system that is working but I think the timer gets resets every day. Bluedart sucks big time in Bangalore and Chennai. I think they where better company before DHL took over.
