Purchased a router online the seller sent it from bluedart(and the pain starts) when the shipment was out for delivery they phoned me and informed me about the parcel and confirmed the delivery location address I guided them and requested them to re-schedule the delivery after 2 days and guess what they said "OK Sir, No problem, It will be delivered to you after 2 days."
Now, its been more than 5 days and the product has not been delivered yet and I never got any phone call after that. I have tried every possible way to contact them but strangely they never pickup any call. Most of the phone numbers are always out of service.
So, finally parcel got returned today its such a painful experience. Clearly, they are lazy and careless about the re-scheduled shipments they only care about current date shipments which are to be delivered today only thats it. No concern for re-scheduled deliveries and they dont even take calls or look back to the re-scheduled shipments.
Let me attach a snapshot of the tracking number in order to justify my statement.
