I have been waiting for a package delivered to my office via blue dart, one day a sms comes to my mobile saying they tried to deliver the package unsuccessfully to my office , and to call their cust care, I tried calling the entire day from 10 AM to 8 PM always the reply came the same, the person u r calling is busy at the moment please call back later, at 8.30 finally I got the call connected to their system and I entered my waybill number and got their reason for non-delivery, I couldnt be reached on my office extension!!!
Y cant they call me on my mob if I cant be reached on my extension, they can send sms to my mob saying package couldnt be delivered, y dont give that number to the delivery guy let me know when he is in my office!!! now comes the worst part, after giving out this info, the system says press 9 to talk to our customer executive I pressed 9, somebody took the call and then disconnected!!!!! first time in my life I am seeing a customer care disconnecting the call from a customer!!!!
Plus the customer care number is not toll-free, which means I am wasting my time and money due to the inability of blue-dart, wonder y on earth are they in the market? still I am waiting for my package.....
