Bluedart is one of the premium courier companies in India. Earlier it used to deliver packages very fast and we used to feel like okay, if things are in their hands, it would be safe and fast, atleast better than post office. But with time, the company now has become bad, not all consignments but yes many of the consignments go back or delayed stating incomplete address where actually there is no proper delivery attempted.
They dont even give a call and ask if they are finding it difficult to locate an address. This specifically happens with corporate consignments. With new small and better logistics companies coming up hope Bluedart corrects itself or give way for their successors.
