Since I buy several things online I am familiar with the courier services. Blue Dart is one one of them. Recently, I ordered a loafer from flipkart but I was not delivered with the product. I had no message nor call from flipkart or courier service. Instead they took it as a return. I called customer service and told my issue but they ended up saying that I have to re order the product because it has been taken as a return due to wrong address and mobile number not available. And they have a very bad staff courtesy, the delivery boy they never come to the door step nor at exact location where it has been ordered to, instead they call the customer and says to come to his place. Very bad experience with bluedart.
