I regularly receive many couriers say 15+ per month. Unfortunately most of them are via blue dart.
Blue dart Pune has staff who shares a common thinking complete caress attitude.
Below are few highlights
1) They NEVER call before coming whatever you do. Nor will send SMS
2) They will comedown stares of your building / office /home will call on the contact number and will expect that person within three rings. If you are busy any other activities which can be anything they will go back and put the status as person not available.
3) If you try to call back on the same number and give 10 rings , they will not pickup / or will say that I am busy/ not on duty / whatever.
3) If your luck is at the BEST in your life , then they will put miss you card. Now this is the only case where you find out what was the reason for call so you need to visit blue dart office.
4) There the same drama will happen and you MAY get your parcel if you are lucky.
5) Their call center is clueless and keeps giving you typical call center answer. I was once told that shipment has started from delihi and will take 2 more day , when it was lying in front of me in their pune office. I was speech less :-)
My advice :- AVOID them else, keep tracking your shipment once it is shipped from the sender.
