Bluedart is one of the Worst courier company I have ever seen, they bloody took 12 days to deliver a product within my own city, they must not be running a courier company, my house is just 2.5km from them delivery office in kalyan nagar and every time they kept updating status they cant bloody find my address, I am not in a jungle.
I am very much in the heart of the city and very close to their place, then I had to walk in and collect my item, for which they made me sit for nearly 30mins as they had to pick my item from 1st floor to ground floor, they are pathetic, even for my ICICI debit card(43862071330) they took more than a week to deliver and the delivery guy was tired and was about to faint, they dont want to recruit more people, but they charge you so much compared to other courier company, they just want to make become rich in one day, I have never had problems with DTDC.
It says contact Soniya Nair & anil khanna for complaint, bloody hell there is no email or its a dead link, that means there is no escalation to your complaints. I am circulating throughout the internet and make sure no one uses bluedart again.
