Blue Dart simply returns the consignment on their own. Last month alone, 4 times Blue Dart repeatedly returned a consignment sent by ICICI I Bank to my son stating consignee not traceable. First of all, they are not informing the consignee either by SMS or by phone about the likely delivery. Mostly, they try delivering after 6 pm. On non-delivery, they don’t remind the consignee or inform the consignee to come and collect. Very pathetic service.
