I do lot of online shopping to my home address. I use either pay first or COD facilities.
All other courier service able to deliver to my address.
Then what is the specialty about the Blue dart.
If I order by COD facility, Blue Dart deliver it to home every time. But If there is COD facility 90% of the time is the below tracker status.

I don’t understand the logic behind this.
It’s good that they have provided lot of customer care numbers, But the numbers are either switched off or user is Busy or only beep sound from other end.
