Recently I bought a product from ebay which is shipped by bluedart. After waiting long time I received a message’ shipment out for delivery’, I am so happy but after waiting 4 to 5 hours my parcel not received, so I check my order status it is shows’ incomplete address/ landmark needed, please contact our customer care’.
After contacting customer care they says your contact number is not reachable so our delivery boy not reaching you, after giving alternate number delivery boy comes on next day.
I say were number is wrong, call given number so he is calling 320970*, he is not know std code 022, he is direct contacting without std code.
In my experience, I am not satisfied with bluedart:(
