I got a shipment delivered at my office address and obviously, I am not supposed to stay at gate, waiting if some bluedart guy will come and deliver me.
I got no calls and when I see the status, it says, consignee not available. My shipment is not even delivered at office and neither did I get any call.
It’s so unprofessional and unethical behavior that I will make sure that I never use bluedart ever again.
