My certificates was sent by this courier and I kept the fast delivery option and I got the screenshot of the tracking ID from my friend. When I searched that Id in the blue dart courier website. First I didn’t get any information related the order after keep on checking with the support team for 2 days the order status displayed and then the received parcel date crossed the expected delivery date shown in the website. The delivery boy refused to come to my home adress and I travelled again for 5 km and receieved the parcel from delivery boy. Very bad service and support. Don’t go for this delivery service better try for dtdc or some other fast tracking and deliverable couriers.
