The most disgusting and repulsive Courier provider. World class number one in lying through their hat. They are so lethargic for the last 6 years the bank uses their services and the customers face the issue.
The package takes the best time to connect to the designated service center without a doubt 3-4 days from north to south. The best part is from the delivery service center to the drop point if you are seriously lucky 1 week or else like most troubled customers you have to visit the center your self. Every time they come up with one of the two excuses
Excuse 1: No Body at the drop point. ( When you ask where the house was and description they get stuck in their own words) Please come to the Service Center to Collect your package
Excuse 2: No Telephone number provided ( Question needed to be noted which service provider let a courier dispatch without contact details)Please come to the Service Center to Collect your package
Excuse 3: ConsigneeS Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed Please come to the Service Center to Collect your package
( Best part another service provider gets non priority parcels to your drop point for almost 10-15 times less the amount and faster than the consolidated time of Blue Dart put together)
What I cant understand is how do other small and simple players provider a 1000 times better service for 10 -15 time less the amount. They Call you once the parcel has arrived to the dispatch point to re-confirm the address and one call once in the vicinity to locate the house/office
Blue Dart being tied with DHL really needs to start getting better locally before portraying them self as the best globally.
If it possible to give negative start rating. Let me know where to do it? I would personally take a day leave to ensure its done.
This is not based on a one time issue. I have been banking with a specific Bank for 7 years and unfortunately every package sent via Blue Dart for all these years I have faced the same issue.
Have dropped mails but as it is said "ITS LIKE POURING WATER ON A DUCKS BACK"
