I have more than 5 bad experiences with Blue dart in Kalyan Nagar Branch. They never deliver on time, Instead they will post a status Address Issues.
If we contact customer care no one will pickup or if they pickup they hang up without any notice.
For the past 5 months I see that Blue dart haven’t even once delivered on promised time. One or 2 days can be considered for any problems, But a weeks time is too bad.
Online sellers need to decide their courier partners in a quarterly basis based on their performance in all areas. The buyers also need to give feedback immediately to sellers about the couriers, so that atleast they will change their attitude.
