Cheap service by not expecting from such big by name company Blue Dart instead it should be Black Dot as per there service they are maintaining.
My courier was sent for delivery yesterday and because they have hired uneducated delivery boys they don’t understand the difference between Tower-A1 and Tower -A2 and attempt the delivery in A-1 instead of A2 and I received message the door closed. My family was there for the full day at my home.
Then I requested them to call me once your person reaches my premises but today again they didn’t call me and left without delivery.
Even small courier companies calls you if no one is present at your house.I request Paytm, Amazon and other online sellers don’t prefer this cheap company as your courier partner.
From next time on wards if any of my courier will be coming through Blue Dart I will cancel that order and will never accept the item.
