Before I like Bluedart but after getting disappointment from it now I hate it. I registered for my credit card from axis bank so they send my credit card from blue dart. I gave my address for office and home bot. when there was my week off they went to my office address and then called me to receive card but due unavailabilityI refused and told to come next day. After that without any message or notice to me they send my card to another bluedard office that is near my home. As I thought to recieve it personally going there so I went and asked for my card then they told that we will not give it and will deliver at home. I waited for 5 days and I did’t received it from them. and after some days I got the message that your card has been sent back to bank. when I use to call blue dart office no one pick phone and most of the time it did not connect. it was no irritating for me as I tried talk with them but no response.
