Pathetic service.! Yes I start with this.
It was a b’day gift to one of my family member I courier a gift to my home town in Ranchi. The b`day was on 14 Dec and my product reached Ranchi on 13th Dec, 2013 noon 3:00 pm.
I was keeping a track on the courier as it was very much imp and special. So I called customer care of BlueDart in Ranchi and I requested them to plz deliver it to my home. They said its late sir so we cant deliver the product today we will deliver it on 14th Dec 2013. It was not ok with me but I request them to plz delivered it on 14th Dec as on the same day was the b’day.
I keep calling the customer care office in Ranchi about the status of my order. But know one picks up my call the whole day and when I contacted the Pan India Customer care they replied "Consignee Address Unlocatable, Contact Customer Service." and that also when I have send almost 15 couriers to the same address in the past with Bluedart.
What a pathetic service and finally my mom did not get the gift on her b’day. It was so bad cant tell u. I feel like killing Bluedart people.
