Last week I ordered a laptop from paytm mall, and the laptop was delivered by bluedart. paytm had said from the start that the order wil take upto 5 days and so I was expecting those many days.
but I got a message from bluedart on the 3 day saying your order will arrive tomorrow and you can track it. the tracking site was very helpful, with all the needed info, such as where the product is, what time it reached, when it left.
the next day I called them at 930 am and I asked if I could come and collect it as they would probably take a long time to reach my home. instead they said dont worry sir well send it in under 30 minutes. and they did.
