I’m surprised at how they’ve gone from the finest to the worst courier. They took as many as six days from mumbai to lucknow. Even, what is termed as ’local’ couriers do better than this supposed-to-be international level company! Besides, there’s just no way to actually talk to their reps- the ivrs do not have the option to talk to the rep neither ’cancellation of delivery’. But the best is yet to come:when i emailed to request them to return my parcel to the sender due to a confusion, they did the exact opposite informing me that they will attempt delivery at my address ASAP??? It seems their customer service reps do not take the trouble of reading the eml and just ’copy-paste’ the same reply to all. Fantastic!!
