Recently I ordered comparative book from Snapdeal. Product has been dispatched with blue dart courier service. After 4 days I got message of delivery without getting my product. When I contacted snapdeal customer they said me to wait 48hrs.After 3 day I got call from blue dart service for confirmation of getting product. I said them that I haven’t got my product diliverd they also said me to wait 48hrs. Finally, after two week I got my product delivered.
When I called snapdeal they said to me that the fault had been occurred from courier service so you have to wait until we got further information from their side.
I experienced very bad service from blue dart.
