Needed to get belongings of friend couriered urgently so chose Blue dart because of huge advertising.The package was about 500 grams and costed about 200 Rs. in speed delivery.
Customer support is good, they were pleasant and approachable unlike government courier facilities.They cleared any doubts I had about delivery, and the package did reach on time which I am thankful for.Really liked the packing as they really take care of the products with all the extra stuff.
Will recommend it for anyone, good for frequent professional delivery too.Only interacted once with the staff at the office while posting, never had to go again since had no problem with delivery, good experience, go for it!
