POOR SERVICE

I have sent another email 3 days back asking for explanation. As expected from this company - there hasn’t been any response.

Hi,

I have been trying to get in touch with Blue dart from past 2 days and I have experienced a poor service I have ever thought of.

It is regarding Waybill No: 69103746434 Reference No: 3648137191254

It was supposed to be delivered on 5th Jun’14 so I booked my train ticket for 6th Jun’14. I missed my train and I have to stay back just because of you late service and on top of it your so called TOLL FREE does not work and the regional landline numbers are always unanswered.

Your website says - Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery

Why do I have to suffer because of you. I have a suffered a loss of 692 rupees for my train ticket which I had to missed. Who will pay for it?

Tell me, who is taking the responsibility for your in-competencies?
