Always I have a great impression on Blue Dart as a courier company but in recent days I found other companies like DTDC, First Flight etc are much better than Blue Dart in terms of price, Web tracking, delivery and customer care.
Due to such courier online shopping companies are loosing their faith from the customers because of lack of service and understanding the urgency.Although their transit time finder on website will show much less time but they will several times to reach at the recipient.
Even their tracking time will not give you much information other than time of Pick up, From, To along with a Single information that is "In transit, Await delivery information" even if the material has not moved from the first station too. even Speed Post tracking of Indian Post website is much more informative and useful than that of Blue Dart.
Upon complaining, you may get very good responses but they will keep you giving N number of Reasons of Delay of shipment.
My Sincere suggestion to Blue dart, when charging High to the customers you must keep on learning from the Indian operators in terms of Delivery, customer care and should keep on improving their services.
