If you search the best courier service in India you will find it is bluedart. But in my opinion it is the worst courier service as DTDC.
1. They take more time to deliver than other couriers. While fedEx delivers in 1-2 days. They took minimum 4-5 days.
2. Delivery agents are not good. They even dont call and showed status reciepent is unavailable.
3. Courier charges are extremely high.
4. Customer service is good but you will be frustrated to connect call with customer service.
5. Specially their warehouse is the killer. My product came to their warehouse ( CCU BDA Warehouse) and they deliver it after 4days. All the time they told we have extreme rush.
Overall I can say as per my experiance, you can find better couriers like fedEx, goJavas.
